Our situation was quite challenging. As vendors we were not desperate to sell our very niche property and as buyers we were still evolving what it was that we really wanted to buy and had very exacting (and changing) requirements

We would not have blamed Aife for either getting very frustrated and/or walking away.

Instead she did exactly the opposite. We genuinely felt at all times that Aife was on our side. We were able to have very honest and direct conversations with her about how we were feeling both as vendors and as buyers.

She put in extensive hours screening properties (even sending us videos while we were overseas)
