I didn't need to think twice about leaving a review for Raveche Property. We quite frankly would've been lost without Aife. She was recommended through our mortgage broker, helping us first as a vendor advocate and assisted getting our house ready for sale with various tips and contacts. We got more than we had hoped for! She then pitched us her buyer advocate service and we were so blown away. This service involves a small fee but we didn't hesitate at all to use her. She was worth every cent and we have said this to so many people. We definately would not have been able to purchase the house we ended with if it wasn't for her. I have had first hand experience having engaged Raveche Property for the recent sale of our family home of 30+ years, followed by the downsizing purchase of our new home. Aífe was with us every step of the way. She utilised her extensive list of tried, true and dependable trades, painters, house and window cleaners, skip hire, gardeners etc, to make the lead up to listing our house as streamlined and as stress free as possible. If we needed something we just mentioned it and she took care of it. This had a much needed calming effect on my anxiety levels.
