Aífe comes from a varied and unique real estate background. Having started her property career over a decade ago, there is not much that she has not done within the property sphere.

In the beginning, she started on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, door-knocking, cold-calling and eventually selling high-end waterfront and beachfront properties.

To her eventual return to Melbourne (where she grew up!), where she went and worked in a boutique property law firm for a number of years assisting in the conveyancing, wills and estates and property matters within the business. Thereafter, she returned to Real Estate where she worked in Property Management, Residential Sales, Sales Operations and Marketing.

After that, she dove into Owners Corporation Management – managing both low and high density Owners Corporations across Melbourne and into parts of Regional Victoria. Managing complex legal and dispute matters on behalf of Owners Corporations, as well as major works projects and building defects.

Finally, starting her own Buyer and Vendor Advocacy company to assist clients make the best decisions when it comes to investment, negotiation and asset selection.
